Located on the edge of Sydney Harbour overlooking the Opera House, harbourkitchen&bar features an open plan kitchen where you can see our executive chef preparing a selection of modern Australian cuisine with Mediterranean inspired meals. From your table you may hear the water lapping through floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors and feel the sea-breeze as you choose from a range of carefully selected wines, with a spectacular view at your doorstep. The range of local and international wines comes with discretionary advice from sommelier Nick Caraturo so that you may enjoy the best in food and wine combinations depending upon your palate.

Weekday Lunch Offer
As visually appealing as the Mediterranean inspired dishes are, it is virtually impossible to take your eyes off the view through the floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors of harbourkitchen&bar. At only $59 for a two course weekday lunch, glass of wine and valet parking, what a delightful dilemma to be faced with.

Treat Yourself to High Tea at the Park
Delicate, sophisticated and utterly delicious, High Tea at harbourkitchen&bar is the perfect homage to the delights of a bygone age. And all set against the stunning views of what is arguably the world's most beautiful natural harbours. For just $36 per person (or $49 with a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte champagne), harbourkitchen&bar offers a mouth watering selection of bite sized sandwiches, tantalizing mini tarts, fresh scones with jam and cream and your choice of freshly brewed tea or coffee.

High Tea at the Park is offered daily from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Chef’s Table
Park Hyatt Sydney’s Chef’s Table offers an intimate, exclusive harbour-side dining experience. Located adjacent to harbourbar, the Chef’s Table features unsurpassed views out across Sydney Harbour to the Opera House and is in close proximity of the open plan kitchen where you can see the chefs at work.

The ideal venue for private dinners, client events, birthday celebrations, executive board dinners or social gatherings, the Chef’s Table caters for your special occasion with choice of degustation or seasonal menu designed by the executive chef Andrew McKee. Your own dedicated wait person will also be on hand to attend to all your needs throughout your dining experience.
